May 4 — Spring Meeting 9-11 am at The Hub, Hackensack w/ Pancake Breakfast, followed by Club Ride to Foot Hills State Forest (if trail is open)
May 11 — Adopt A Highway spring cleanup Meet at Huddle’s resort on Leech Lake at 10 am. Lunch paid by the club afterwards. Prize for best ditch “treasure” discovered.
May 18th — ATVAM Ride & Roast - McQuoid's Inn, Isle MN
Registration now open at www.atvam.org. Friday evening fishing on Mille Lacs Lake launch.
Pancake breakfast at 7:30am, guided rides start at 10am. Pig & turkey roast dinner at 5pm.
Wed. May 22 — ATV Safety Class, Remer School. Meet at 11:30, help set up rider course for school kids. Don’t need to be certified instructor to help.
June 8 — High Lifter Quadna Mud Nationals (ride opportunity, not a club ride), see website.
June 15 — Club Ride at Round River Trails, Akeley, meet at Stompin Grounds, 9 am
Ride leader: Paul Vashro. Eat at Stompin Grounds Lodge after ride.
June 29 — Club Ride, Blind Lake Trail, meet at parking area on Soo Line North Trail in Swatara, 9 am, Ride Leader: Dave Shaw. Bring picnic lunch for your group.
July 4 — Club rides in Longville Parade, maybe also Walker Parade
July 9 — Club rides in Hackensack Parade
July 12-13 — Fun volunteer opportunity for ATVAM members only: ATVAM partnering with ERX Motor Park in Elk River, to help at national truck race. ATVAM looking for volunteers to help with parking and security (4 hour time slots). Volunteers get free weekend pass, camping, T-shirt, lunch and more. Details at ATVAM.org.
July 20 — Annual meeting & club ride to Huddles for free buffet lunch, celebrating club’s 10th Anniversary. Meeting starts at 10 am, at The Hub, on 1st Street next to the Post Office in Hackensack. Short meeting, followed by a club ride through the Chippewa National Forest to Huddle's Resort, for a free buffet lunch of pulled pork sandwiches and sides.
August 6 —Volunteer opportunity: Hackensack National Nite Out, with trailer to visit with public.
August 10 — Club Ride in Remer. Club rides in Remer Harvest Festival parade, then rides on Soo Line North Trail to Hill City Connector Trail, lunch in Hill City. -Schedule: 10:30 a.m.-Arrive and park at Chris and Heather Emerson’s home, on the Soo Line, (6797 Etna Trail NE, Remer). 11:00 a.m.-Line up for parade on Third Street. Noon-parade starts. After parade-ride to Hill City for lunch. Alternate join-up point: meet the group at Swatara parking area on Soo Line North Trail, about 1:15-1:30.
August 17 — ATV Safety Class, WACC, 9 am
August 24 — Veterans Ride, sponsored by Remer Motel, proceeds to programs benefiting veterans. Steve Williams, club business member, is organizing this ride. See Remer Motel Facebook page for details.
August 31 — Club ride on UPM Blandin Trail, with lunch in Hill City.
Located off the Rabey Line, the 21-mile UPM Blandin Trail travels through a wooded landscape of upland spruce and northern hardwood, with several small stream crossings. This trail is ideal for riders of all experience levels, is provided by Itasca County, and maintained by Rapids Riders ATV Club. Meet at 9 am at the parking lot. From Hill City, go 7.5 miles north on Hwy. 169, then east on Smith Dr.
September 7 - Ride opportunity: Join the Women-only ride with the Over The Hills Gang ATV Club, Outing. Last year’s was a big success.
Sept 20-22 - Club ride at ATVAM Fall Ride & Rally, Crane Lake, MN
Hosted by Voyageur Country ATV club. Guided rides on 250+ mile trail system, with ribbon cutting ceremony of club’s bridge over the Vermillion River. Evening banquet with live/silent auctions. Registration and lodging options now available at www.atvam.org
September 21-22: Volunteer opportunity, Hackensack Chainsaw Event, with club trailer to hand out trail maps and reg books to public.
October 5 — Club Ride from Hackensack to Spider Lake Trails, with club trailer there for a BBQ. Meet at Hack City Park on 1st Street at 9 am.

Thanks to a Polaris Trails grant, the Woodtick Wheelers were able to purchase a Polaris Sportsman 110 EFI to be used for youth safety training.
